What are the conditions for a return?
Unused items in their original condition may be returned to us within 30 calendar days of your receipt of the order. Please note that in order to qualify for a return, the items must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received them.
Please note that we do not accept returns of opened electronic liquids, e-cigarette kits, disposable e-cigarettes, and refill packs for health and hygiene reasons. Claims for defective disposable equipment will be processed on a case-by-case basis and a final solution will be developed for each customer. We cannot provide any freight credit for equipment identified as defective through the claim process.
How do I submit a return request?
To submit a return request, please send your request to [email protected] and include your name, order number, and reason for return. If any of the above information is missing, we may ask you to provide the missing information or reject your request. All information must be provided within 30 days from the date of invoice.
Once your return request has been processed, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
When can I get a refund?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you of the refund status immediately after checking the items. If your return is approved, we will refund your credit card (or original payment method).
According to the policy of the card issuer, you will receive a refund within 3-5 working days.
